Lemon Garlic Pork Tenderloin - Slow Cooker

First off, this was so good. My husband kept appraising the meal. Saying how filling a small portion was and how it just melts in your mouth and how cheap it was. (assuming you have all the spices on hand… then again just go to your local 99c store and you’ll find if not all, most spices)

Total price for this meal was just under $10 and it fed 3 people and we still have left overs to feed 2 extra mouths.

Note: You can find the pre-maranated Pork Tenderloin at your local Walmart market for $6. We chosen the Lemon Garlic for this meal.

Korean BBQ Ribs
  • 12 Tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 12 Tablespoons Cup brown sugar
  • 12 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Asian Sesame Oil
  • 2 Pounds Short Rib

  1. In a bowl, stir together the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic, vineger, onions, and sesame oil until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Place the ribs in a large plastic zipper bag. Pour the marinade over the ribs, squeeze out all the air, and refrigerate the bag for 3 hours to overnight.
  3. Preheat an outdoor(or skillet) grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Remove the ribs from the bag, shake off the excess marinade, and discard the marinade. Grill the ribs on the preheated grill until the meat is still pink but not bloody nearest the bone, 5 to 7 minutes per side.

You can replace the ribs for chicken or even porkchops

I know, I haven’t posted anything in a while. I moved a few months ago from a stressful environment to a much happier place and was busy dealing with the stress of planning a wedding. I can now say with a prideful smile that I am now a Mrs. and back to cooking new recipes with my now husband.
